Yes! Safety is our top priority. All classes are taught by qualified instructors in a controlled environment, with progressions tailored to each child’s ability. Warm-ups, conditioning, and proper spotting techniques are included in every lesson.
5. How often should my child attend classes?
We recommend attending once or twice weekly for consistent progress. We also offer flexible scheduling to fit your family’s needs.
